MALTA Mont Dec 21 Miss Mable Tucker died in her own hospital after six weeks of tending influenza patients. The pneumonia that followed her influenza attack proved fatal despite arrival of two Great Falls doctors by airplane. She was daughter of Mr and Mrs R V Tucker and a lifelong Malta resident. Grand Jury to Report 150 Indictments Across District

The federal grand jury finished deliberations and will report to the court. About 150 indictments are expected, roughly 60 in Butte cases involving alleged National Prohibition Act violations. The Butte Joshers completed their annual effort delivering 658 boxes of food to the poor yesterday at 1 o clock. They distributed 115 boxes more than in prior years with an outlay near 6500 dollars and a total value of goodwill offerings estimated at 8500 dollars when labor and overhead are included.
