Apollo 17 Returns From Moon In Precise Pacific Splashdown

Apollo 17 astronauts Eugene Cernan Harrison Schmitt and Ronald Evans landed in the Pacific aboard America near the Ticonderoga 400 miles southeast of American Samoa after a 12 day mission.
