Man survives on 5 45 to Waukegan after heart attack
In a dramatic on board rescue on the 5 45 to Waukegan train, Frank McWilliams 60 suffered a heart attack. Passengers and Dr Charles Swisher aided with CPR and advanced care. The train stopped at a station 22 miles from Chicago and for 33 minutes became a makeshift emergency center. McWilliams regained breathing and was in fair condition days later at St Elizabeths Hospital.
