Carter Names Three Appointees to New Administration

President elect Jimmy Carter announced three new appointees for his incoming government. Andrew Young becomes U N delegate chief, Charles L Schultze is slated as Council of Economic Advisers chair, and Zbigniew Brzezinski will head the National Security Council. The trio appeared with Vice President elect Walter Mondale and Black Caucus members at Plains.

Gilmore In Critical Condition After Overdose Attempt
