The county formally rescinded an Oct. 14 sale of nine acres to Jo Anne Horne for 99 dollars. Papers filed Monday placed the land back with Silver Bow County, and the buyer may be refunded. The sale lacked public notice and followed tax delinquency on the property acquired Sept. 27, 1968 from Harry Grimes, near the county airport.
