Tom Simonsen Dies After Construction Accident Near Dillon
Tom C. Simonsen 29 of Dillon area died from an electrocution Friday while working at a Tri-State Minerals plant seven miles south of Dillon. Resuscitation failed. funeral arrangements pending. Survived by Regina Smith, a daughter Danna, two sons Tommy and Robin, and multiple brothers and sisters. Simonsen, born July 1930 in Laurin, was employed by Stewart Construction Co. of Dillon.
