Claude Dillner aged 27 and 10 year old Betty Jane Foster were found in Dillner's car after disappearing from Valparaiso Indiana Saturday night. Sheriff Albert Exner of Walworth County made the arrest. The girl was unharmed and Dillner admitted her identity after initial denial. Dillner said he loved the child and planned to take her to Whitewater Wisconsin where he had promised work with a construction outfit.
