John W. Collins once a state stock inspector and Texas ranger was identified in probate court as August Uhr. Judge J. J. Lynch ordered a $41,000 estate distributed to 14 nieces and nephews and related heirs in Texas New Mexico Arizona and California. Nine nieces and nephews receive about $3,800 each.
