Delay in fuse blamed for Ohio penitentiary fire deaths

The outward trip from St Hubert Montreal was by 13 days in Canada before departure. A fin tear occurred on the way out but the return voyage faced headwinds and rain slowing to 15 mph before a tail wind aided the final run.
