Hadrosaur fossil unearthed near Glendive at Makoshika Park

Museum of the Rockies crews excavated a duckbill dinosaur vertebrae fossil found along the Diane Gabriel Trail near Glendive. The find, just under 3 feet wide and about 300 pounds, included a hip bone never seen before. Fossil will be cleaned cast and may return to the park center for display.
