Mrs. C M Reed of Los Angeles was killed when a car driven by Miss Elizabeth Evans of St Paul and Butte skidded on wet pavement and hit the Reed car. Miss Martha Manwaring of Los Angeles, a Butte native, injured and recovering after knee cap surgery. Reed was reported resting well. Evans had minor injuries and was released after first aid.
