Youth pleads guilty to running over boy
A 15 year old Butte boy admitted deliberate homicide in the June 4 death of Sherman Oberg 12. He was sentenced to Pine Hills School Miles City until age 21 after pleading guilty to the homicide and having a car theft charge dismissed. Two psychiatric evaluations found him sane. The incident occurred near Margaret Leary School and Western Blvd. No names are published for juvenile offenders.
