Washington August 8 A federal takeover of the Flathead river power project near Polson Montana was discussed as a possibility. Secretary Ickes public works administrator weighed feasibility while Nathan R Margold outlined three year delay conditions at a federal power commission hearing on Rocky Mountain Companys request for time indefinitio n The interior department opposed delay The commission adjourned to August 20 Representatives said about 1 5 million dollars had been spent when work stopped a year ago citing weak power markets.
