William Eoff 18 of Westaco Texas pleaded guilty to robbery and was sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary at Deer Lodge by District Judge T E Downey. James Frederick Early was arrested with him for questioning in the Snow service station robbery worth 5375. Early awaiting arraignment as officers said he would be charged soon. The pair were arrested after being described to police and nabbed near the state penitentiary walls following the July 20 robbery of Harold Snow, who was abducted in his own car and later found farther from the station with the robber fled in the station’s car.
