Motorcycle Wreck Kills MSC Student
Bozeman Montana State College junior Robert Hanson aged 21 died Sunday afternoon three hours after his motorcycle collided with a car on an overpass one mile north of the city. Sheriff Don Skerrit said Hanson lost control, skidded across the highway, and bounced off a guardrail into an oncoming vehicle. Hanson was the son of Herman Hanson of Fairview. His death raised Montana’s highway fatality total to 37 for the date, down from 49 the previous year.
