Mrs. B D Warrington of 980 North Main received word of the death of her brother in law John Driscoll in San Francisco. A former resident of Butte he left about 25 years ago with the Nia family. His wife died in San Francisco in 1934. He is survived by two sons and daughters in law, three grandchildren, a brother Dan Driscoll of San Francisco, a brother in law Paul Sullivan of Camas Hot Springs, Monk, and several nieces, nephews and cousins in Butte and San Tran roe.

Condition of Car Victims Remain Unchanged After Collision
Six seriously injured in a head on crash ten miles south of Butte remained in the same condition Sunday night. Five Butte residents and Pete Novak were listed as fair, while Percy Kennedy of Belgrade was reported in good condition. The Whirstle car carrying Butte occupants hit William Hicks of Mercury Street and then Kennedy’s car. No one in Hicks’s car was hurt. both vehicles were badly damaged.
