Robert Sullivan Named Dean of Montana Law School
Robert E. Sullivan 36 a Montana State University law instructor formerly of Notre Dame was named dean of MSU Law School by the State Board of Education. He fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Dean C W Leaphart. The board also named Walter Todd Scott emeritus at Montana School of Mines and approved 1955 56 operating budgets for six University of Montana units. A 10 foreign scholarship program of 500 each was approved for Montana State College funded by Foreign Operations Administration. A new 100 room men’s residence hall at Eastern Montana was approved financed by a 290 000 HUD loan. Plans for Northern Montana were approved.

Hamilton Airman Killed in Training Accident
