President Roosevelt indicated War Department and congressional committees are studying changing the draft ages later this year. The current 21 to 365 or so age range could see shifts, possibly lowering the top end to the early 30s if manpower in the lower brackets suffices, with a preference for other changes over dropping beneath 21.
