Committees for the coming year were named as election of state officers looms. Miles City is favored to host the 1931 meeting.

Hoover reports naval conference trims arms and saves billions
President Hoover announced at the White House that the London naval conference achieved final abolition of competitive naval construction among leading powers and projected a total saving of 2.5 billion dollars for the United States Great Britain and France. Deadly crash unites train and bus in New Mexico disaster
