E. Perry pleaded guilty in federal court to five Florida indictment counts for illegal distilling equipment, unlawful distiller business, making 65 gallons of mash, whisky possession, and asset concealment. Two-Year Sentence For $30 Forgery In Butte
Leona Boroni 34 pleaded guilty to forging a $30 check drawn on Frank Baroni’s account and admitted to issuing bogus checks. Judge T E Downey suspended all but 30 days and ordered probation with sobriety and bar-avoidance probes. Boroni had been jailed on $2,500 bond after pleading innocent March 12. William D. An impostor calling himself Air Force major John Francis Wallace interrupted U.S. District Court proceedings by insisting he walked away from Warm Springs State Hospital in 1962.
