Seatile Syndicate Low Bidder for Montana Dam
Seatile Syndicate of 12 contracting firms led by General Construction Co of Seattle won the Hunery Horse dam contract in Northwestern Montana with a bid of 43.431 million dollars. Allied Dam Contractors of Los Antiales was the only other bidder at 29.309 million. Bids were opened at the dam site. award timing was to be announced from Washington and Boise offices.

147 Drivers Lose Licenses for DUI Convictions
Helena April 1 The Montana highway patrol board revoked for one year the drivers licenses of 147 persons convicted of drunken driving. Patrol Chief Charles J. Sheridan said more such revocations are likely as reports from courts come in. The board meets monthly, next on April 28 26.

Lawyer and client dead after office shooting in Fairmont
