Whitehall widow Katie Kunz dies at 87 in visit
Katie Kunz 87 of Whitehall died suddenly Wednesday while visiting daughter Ada Scott. Born in Denmark December 24 1878 she immigrated in 1892 and lived in Minnesota California dates, Then farmed near Whitehall dairy and cheese factory work before moving to town. Surviving relatives include six grandchildren eighteen great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren. Funeral services are planned Saturday at 2 pm at Scott Funeral Home with burial in the local cemetery.
