Mining City residents and much of North America and adjacent oceans will view an annular sun eclipse on Sunday afternoon. House approves $784 million Army appropriation in record speed
Washington April 4 The House passed a $784,999,094 Army appropriation bill without a roll call setting a speed record for disposing of the 11 regular supply bills.
