Second Kidnap Suspect Is in Billings Jail
BILLINGS March 81. A.M Clade Henry Wilbrout, one of two men charged with the kidnapping last September of James W. Onborne Jr., son of the mayor of Glendive, was in jail here Wednesday. Wilbrout arrived in Billings last day from Salt Lake City in custody of the United States Marshal Harris Eugene Burleson, second of the pair, was brought here last week. Both are under $10,000 bond. They will be arraigned in federal court sometime next month.
