Estimate of Print Paper Use for North Carolina Papers

Commissioner of Labor and Printing M J Shipman prepared an estimate showing 3 000 tons of print paper will be used by North Carolina daily and weekly newspapers in 1927. The cost at current prices will be about 521 000 dollars, based on circulation data filed with his office. The estimate was made for a committee of the North Carolina Press Association seeking bulk purchases.
