Commencement week thrives with sermons music and awards

The North Carolina Bureau of Vital Statistics targets delinquent doctors undertakers midwives and local registrars. In six weeks twenty five prosecutions occurred with doctors most cited. Rowan Wilkes Stoke Forsyth Duplin Rockingham Davidson counties face charges for failure to report births and deaths.
