Mob Strings Suspect Overly in Kidnapping Case
A fourteen month old boy Lloyd Kent was found drowned in an abandoned well near Springfield Missouri after kidnappers abducted him last Wednesday. A mob of about forty five men forced Sheriff Webb to surrender six suspects, hanged one man C J Piersol briefly, then freed and returned all prisoners.
