Davis Dies After Fall From Horse On Thursday Afternoon
Waxhaw scene recounts the death of Robert Alexander Davis born September 7 1844 a Confederate veteran and farmer who died after falling from a horse while riding near Tirzah The funeral was held at his home and he left four children and a brother with many kinfolk.
