South towns favored in proposed league shift
The discussion noted larger southern towns drawing more, an east west plan was rejected. The south branch led by the CataWissa Legion wanted Willville and Jerseytown joined with six others to form eight teams. Robert Norman of Jonestown and John Nekuichael of Stillwater opposed the new arrangement.
