The Topeka State Journal launches a Bible in serial form citing Mark as the first installment in Weymouth text English. Editor Arthur Carruth says the four gospels will appear weekly about 3,000 words each. The move follows Dr. Charles M. Sheldon’s suggested program.

Moran Sentenced in Grand Larceny Case Heads to Pen

Hat Making Demos Attract 315 Women In South Dakota
In Brookings on April 1, 315 women from Kingsbury and Devel counties joined ten hat making demonstrations by Azalea Linfield of the state college extension service.
