Madison County Union Convention Sets July 28 Precinct Meetings

Madison County voters are urged to meet at polling places on July 28 to elect delegates for a convention at Edwardsville July 31 for sending 11 delegates to the state convention and 11 to the district convention. Representation is based on Lincoln 1864 votes per precinct with totals listed.
