Arrangements are under way to hold four track meets in Mobridge this spring in conjunction with oratorical and declamatory contests among high school students from Walworth Campbell Carson Dewey Armstrong Ziebach Harding and Perkins counties. Mobridge will host a large gathering of scholars and teachers from the region. Superintendent Bugiee will supervise preparations to build a track for events including the 100 and 220 yard dashes the quarter and half mile races the hurdles shot put discus high jump pole vault and relays.
