Murder Charge After Brother-in-law Death in Asheville

Floyd James is charged with murder in Asheville after James Dougherty was found dead August 27 in Dougherty's hallway. An autopsy showed two large blood clots at the base of the brain. The coroner's jury ruled murder by unknown person or persons. James Dougherty lived with him. no eyewitnesses.
