Raleigh Sept 28 Archie Kinsaule was hanged at Clinton in Samson county today for the murder of John Herring. The drop failed on the first attempt, life being ended only after a second drop and the sheriff ordered the body placed on the gallows again. The victim slashed knife wounds earlier in September and died eight minutes after the second drop.
