Carrollton Georgia May 28. Manse Buchanan constable of New Mexico district shot his brother Bill Buchanan in a dispute over access to Bill's land. Five Buchanan brothers own adjacent property and had blocked a right of way. After Bill finished a house it burned and arson charges followed before the shooting occurred.
