A trading firm declares its store now offers the latest and best merchandise in the state. It reports newly stocked Satin Stripe Lawns at 5 cents, striped and plain suckers at 5 cents, batistes at 8 and 10 cents, and other value items arriving in limited quantities, promising rapid sales.
Our second lot of ladies misses and childrens sandals arrives in a wide range of styles with one two or three straps. Prices are advertised as remarkably cheap at 25 50 75 cents and up to 1.50. Garments are trimmed in lace embroidery and are well cut and fitted. The seller touts strong business and unbeatable prices.
Mens shirts and shirt waists offer cool hot weather comfort with no cost or vest needed. New lot of sample shirts and pants at 60 cents on the dollar, with prices 35 40 50 and 60 cents for shirts worth 50 cents to one dollar.
A local millinery shop reports strong demand with two stocks sold and the third selling quickly. Miss Evans receives praise for her refined work that delights both town and country. Seasonal prices prove attractive with four pretty banded sailor hats offered at 20 cents each.

The C with a Tail marks Cascarets Candy Cathartic in a light blue metal box. Each tablet bears C C C. Sold only in boxes through druggists, not in bulk.
In Columbus on July 31 Ohio Democrats aligned with Bryan issues and a recent convention notes. Ten men met to form a belt and enter the political field, adopting a declaration of principles to be distributed to Nebraskan loyalists. A convention was set for the last day of July at the Southern hotel to hear those backing the party platform.
A testimonial claims Bucklen's Arnica Salve removed facial eruptions sores and pimples leaving a clearer complexion. It touts cures for cuts burns boils ulcers carbuncles and piles with a 25 cent price at Crawford Bros. and J.P. Mackey & Co.
In Little Rock on July 16 a detective arrested a supposed young woman teaching at a private school in Kings River. The teacher was in disguise as Sears, sought in Texas for a murder committed seven years ago.
Advice from Dawson dated June 28 reports gold shipments to the outside this year reach five million dollars, with over three million via the Yukon to St Michael and the rest up the river. MeJames of Brooklyn is released for ten days. The Chili president’s funeral drew 100,000 mourners yesterday. The Hebrews of mnah held a beach picnic where six surf bathers drowned.
