A Tuesday raid in Prosser led to Sam Shaw's capture after a cross-country pursuit by Sheriff deputies. Heavy lifting blamed in death of H. W. Felton
H W Felton 64 years old died at his Kennewick home after a brief illness caused by acute dilation of the heart linked to heavy lifting on his farm. The body was sent to Chehalis for funeral services Saturday. He leaves a widow and a daughter Mrs Clarence Ellington wife of the Chehalis Bee Nugget editor.

The interior and front will be completely redesigned, seats will be regraded for better screen visibility, capacity will rise from 250 to 875 with loge seats, new chairs, a ladies’ room, and two projection machines. He plans a Liberty Theatre Pasco circuit to secure top plays, often showing works before Spokane and larger cities.
