Entries due January 27 with judging by the Awakening of Washington committee and presentation in the winner’s hometown during February 2027. Major D C Lively oversees submissions at the Washington State Chamber of Commerce in Seattle.
University experts say frosted alfalfa hay can be fed safely if it is allowed to wilt and cure after freezing. Bloat risk rises if hay is fed while immature or wet, and pasturing cattle on frosted alfalfa should be limited until new growth appears.
The confectionary store Dad's Place was sold this week by I N Newkirk to Mr Ragain who assumed possession at the start of the week.
Rep John Hanks of Ellensburg told a Liberty theatre audience that Governor Hartley is unfit for office and urged recall. He accused Hartley of malfeasance and misleading taxes, claiming the governor would weaken state governance if allowed another term.
