Residents and friends plan Christmas and New Year gatherings across Walla Walla Sunnyside Ritzville Kennewick Spokane Pasco and Seattle. Families travel from Seattle Connell Cosmopolis and Yakima while clubs and church groups hold meetings and Christmas events amid cold snap with snow.
Advertisement shows the big feed at nine oclock but organizers updated the plan to serve at five thirty instead. The rest of the evening plans are not clear in the notice.
Dr Mary Hudson plans holidays in Seattle Norfolk and Florida returning in April. her Yakima ranch sold to partial platters. Miss Elizabeth Brown Miss Julia Linn and Lorrain Engles came home Saturday from Cheney to spend the holidays. Mrs Marriott went to Seattle Friday for Christmas and may stay till spring with her son Stanley. Miss Maude Lampson of Golden Dale attending Cheney normal is spending Christmas with her sister Clarice Lampson. Mr and Mrs Lee Lampson and children went to Prosser Wednesday for Christmas. J S Motter returned Saturday from Portland.
