Charles Edward Hunt born April 29 1859 in Morris Ohio died at home after six months illness in Kennewick Washington He married Emma Lehmann in 1878 and moved across the plains to Washington in 1910 Surviving are nine children 29 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren with siblings and a brother Interment at River View Heights beside his wife.

Kennewick voters will gain a fourth precinct to balance registration. The west end of the first ward will join the second ward, creating three larger precincts split to about 200 voters each. In the last general election ward one had 318 votes and ward two 348.
