Christmas Seals Help Screen Teen TB at Kennewick Clinic
In Kennewick on December 7 the Benton County Tuberculosis League held a chest clinic where 14 people were examined under Mrs. Ida McFarland. Dr Seth L Cox noted teens and young adults face the biggest risk and urged annual exams and healthy habits as prevention. The event is part of a Washington TB Association program funded by Christmas Seal sales begun November 25. The post office warns that Christmas cards with stamps become third class mail and should be mailed early.
