The Twelfth Wyoming Legislature forwards four amendments to voters. Amendment One creates a workers compensation fund replacing employer contributions. Amendment Two limits legislative sessions and forbids self-set pay. Amendment Three allows a special livestock tax to fund predator control. Amendment Four restricts state and local aid to individuals or groups while permitting public works with two-thirds vote and funded highway projects. Frank Hous, Secretary of State, signs as official.
