An article from May 1905 urges Kemmer citizens to form a Red and Gun Club and to boost local field sports. It argues for community organization to improve rifle shooting and fishing activities, praises local mayoral nominees, and calls for general civic support to improve roads and trade.
The Calire club met with Mr and Mrs Fish on April 21 at Mr Fish's home. Rose centerpiece and flowers adorned the room while guests from Viney and vicinity arrived for an 8 oclock start. Seventy five guests attended and danced after supper, with many named attendees including families and local residents.
Official notice from Mayor OConnell of Kemmerer Wyoming announcing town election on May second Tuesday 1905. Officers to be elected include mayor for one year and two councilmen for two years. Polls at Town Fire Hall open until 1 pm with no adjournment. Attest Town Clerk Th Coaran.

A mixed page note describes a testimonial for Dr Rite’s New Discovery a Wyoming contest notice lists Margaret Hackenberg as contestant with a land claim dispute and tardy service, plus a public sale notice from the Wat mitex Land Office in Evanston Wyoming. It mentions publication for due process and a registrar Kingston issuing orders.

Melaughlin in Cokeville on Saturday, May 2, 1908, to prove irrigation and reclamation of the land. Witnesses: Frank Nelson, Samuel A. Berrell, J. Jacobson, Raymond, all of Cokeville.
