Three Cheyenne saloons shuttered after patrons dwindled as Union Pacific policy barred employees from bartering at wet groceries. Local stocks named Deseret National at 270 and Deseret Savings at 204 while life of Sheriff Rivker’s killer Woodard extended to July 21.
