The Kemmerer town council enacts a license system for gambling houses. Licenses cost 75 dollars for a three month period and permit gambling for up to 90 days on premises described in the license. Violations carry a misdemeanor penalty and potential jail until discharge. The ordinance repeals conflicting rules and takes effect immediately.
