Natrona County Sheriff Captures Fugitives in Casper Area
Sheriff J A Sheffner of Natrona County reports authorities nabbed Frank Mrowo alias Frank Davis in Casper for grand larceny after he stole a horse last October and rode it into Montana to sell. An arrest followed after mail order details led to Lallarge Wyoming. Davis now jailed and mugged Sunday before his photo was sent back to Casper for ID. Chief L B Halbert visited East Lake City to confer with Dr Pfoute. he departed Wednesday and returned Friday.

The couple will travel east by auto and visit his Minneapolis parents for several weeks. The bride Mrs Miller formerly served at Rock Springs hospital and the couple will reside after August 1 at 1001 Street.
