Reclamation efforts eyed for Green River lands in Wyoming
A Wyoming legislative appropriation funded cooperative studies with the U.S. Reclamation Service to assess irrigation based reclamation of 1,025,000 acres in the Green River Valley. The joint report finds feasible water control could irrigate the land, with commercial viability hinging on project costs versus water value.
