Mrs. Morgan Thomas and Mrs. Weaver visited Diamondville on business last Monday. Kemmerer Coal Co mines have four days in secession this week. Frontier grows hopeful as times improve. Frontier children offered no coins to the McKinley monument fund. January 25 brought cold weather yet many Frontier residents attended Robbie Burns’s anniversary and returned in the late hours. A Finlander enjoyed sleighing last Sunday but the homeward trip turned risky when the horse bolted and sleigh tipped. No one was hurt and paraphernalia was recovered.
