Supreme Court Rules in Parker Cirej and Obama Cases
The Supreme Court handed down decisions in Parker, Cirej and Obama, all tried in the May term of 1915 in this county. Parker and Cirej were represented by Hubert R. Rone who appealed after sentence. Chamé was in the District Court by Assen J Remar. The court found the defendants guilty in most challenged instructions and upheld the plaintiff in error on many points.
