Notice is given that on January 20, 1913, Nevi J Christopherson and Ingry J Christopherson mortgaged land in Afton Wyoming to John Miles to secure 1600.00 dollars plus interest. The property is in two blocks in Afton townsite. The mortgage was recorded in Uinta County and later transcribed to Lincoln County. The mortgage was assigned and the foreclosure action set for January 28, 1914 at 10 o clock in the forenoon at the Lincoln County District Court in Kemmerer. Amount due includes 1,000.40 dollars and 873.00 dollars in attorney fees.
